Returns:

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

• Certain products, such as consumables and personal care items, cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sveeraayurveda.com with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at info@sveeraayurveda.com with your order number and photo of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• For cancellations after 24 hours, please contact us at info@sveeraayurveda.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
