2. Returns:
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products, such as consumables and personal care items, cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at info@sveeraayurveda.com with your order number and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
